Please add the option to attach a service code that also impacts the ledger to the "Broken Appointment" catergory in the schedule.

History look up on Scheduled events

I think it would be a good idea to be able to see the history of a scheduled event, like who scheduled the event, when it was scheduled and an y changes made to the event.

Balances visible on Appointment book

I think being able to see balances for the day on the appointment book would be helpful instead of going to each patients individual ledger. It would be helpful to know who has balances the day they are coming in for an appointment at a glance.
