Client would like the Patient Engage to allow rescheduled appointments to be uploaded when the appointment is moved or changed. Currently, you have to delete the appointment and recreate it on a new date. Have Patient Engage send a confirmation when the appointment is rescheduled.

The system should be smart enough to see an appointment was changed when it was put on the pin board to rescheduled to a new date. Having to break or delete the appointment is time consuming and inefficient.
