Remove Eligibility Button When Printing

When printing the schedule before appts are set complete, the eligibility square covers the names - we want to be able to print the schedule without that. Hoping this can be added to the "view" options like you can do with the flags/medical alert ...

Color-code appointments by appointment type

In the Appointment book color code the appointments according to Type. Allow colors to be specified by Appointment Type, and allow user to choose whether to use Provider colors or Appointment Type colors in the Appointment Book.

Select patient appointment tab

Please change the select patient from the appointment tab back to the way it was. It's too time consuming to use now. Put it back to where it was listed in alphabetical order by default.

Allow me to triple book the Dr.

We like to triple book with appointments that overlap ten minutes so we can seat the patient and they can be ready for the Dr. Dentrix will only allow us to double book. Remove this feature and let us book our patients as we deem necessary.
