F-Keys

Assign F-Keys to icons, I can't see them on Appt. Book or Ledger it would be nice to F-Key and get the area open.

Prevent Multicodes from being able to set complete twice

Prevent Multi-codes from being able to set complete twice. It creates fraudulant billing. Errors are being made by having the ability to set things complete a second time and that should not be allowed.

Adding date of birth to new patient box

When you make a new patient appointment. It would be nice to have the date of birth as an option along with name, address, phone number, ref source etc.
