Birthdate in new appointment window

its is very important to get birthdate for a pt when new appt is made, i am surprised that this is not advised before , nor the requirements team or testing team has pointed or its in the list. whatever that feature is very important

There is no way to tell who has been contacted on the Unscheduled List, because of this, it's taking a lot of time to go through each appointment and read the notes so we are not calling a patient every day.

Example: Crn Prep to Seat, Multiple qds of RP, EagleSoft has had this for yrs ... allow to 'link' appointments ... So you don't get to the CRN SEAT only to find that the CRN PREP had been r/s ... With a link attaching the 2 (or more) appointments ...

New Patient Appt.

Please add more information to have a "new patient" entered as an actual patient in the system. So much headache not being able to add all of the pertinent information into the patient's profile.

Block patient from being scheduled at all

Could Dentrix perhaps make some kind of Alert system to STOP you from scheduling if a patient has an ALERT of violence, collections, dangerous or something. NOT just a patient alert or inactivate. Actually block them from being scheduled. ??
