Ability to reject treatment in Dentrix

There is no option to reject treatment in a patients treatment plan currently in the regular Dentrix. We can only delete treatment but then loose track of what was recommended but not completed.

when entering pre-d responses it should be the same as when entering a payment

the cursor should automatically default to the next item entered the same as when entering payments. This would reduce the amount of times you have to manually click on the next code fee
