We need to be able to present treatment plans on an ipad (if we cant do that then we can mirror a front office computer) and then have the patient sign the tx plan electronically on an epad (just like we sign consents) and have the ability to email that to the patient.
Advantage: save paper, save time, convenient for patient
Currently we have to print the tx plan, have the patient sign it and then scan it into the document center. This takes too long.
