If an insurance is maxed and insurance allows standard fees after maxing, there needs to be a button to highlight all fees needing changed to standard and insurance paying 0 to show an accurate estimate.
It is a huge hassle to find standard fees, click every procedure, change the fee, click primary ins paying 0 or do not bill, then save. When doing this, Dentrix will take you back to the top of the treatment plan and you have to find where you were. If you could highlight all fees and change them all at once, it would save an obscene amount of time.
