New Patient Appt.

Please add more information to have a "new patient" entered as an actual patient in the system. So much headache not being able to add all of the pertinent information into the patient's profile.

Add window in chart for appts

It would be helpful to have a window/toolbar/button to access existing appts in the patient chart - ease of access/quickest way to view the info instead of having to go to the appt book.

Change Provider for Whole Column at Once

I want to be able to change the provider for a whole column all at once rather than having to go into each appointment to change the provider in that column.

Button on appointment to tell patient their appointment is earlier than scheduled-for late patients

For patients that are chronically late, it would be nice to be able to have a button or switch on their appointment so it triggers the system to tell them their appointment is 10 or 15 minutes earlier than actually scheduled.

When searching for a patient, you have patient, non-patient, inactive, and archived. We would like to have archived toggled by default when searching patients

I need to be able to skip days the office is closed when advancing days on my schedule.

It is a total waste of time for the calendar to show me the days that we have clearly blocked out that we are not working. I don't want to have to skip through all the weekends and holidays and vacation days when searching the schedule.

Be able to check find and schedule an archived patient while on the appointment book

It would be so much easier while on the appointment book rather than go to the Family file, un-archive the patient and then go back to the schedule to make an appointment

Remove option for leaving rescheduled appt on schedule and moving to pinboard

Since the update we are now given the option when rescheduling to leave the appointment on the schedule and also moving to the pinboard or just moving the appointment to the pinboard. We do not want an option- leaves room for mistakes if it is not...
