Export Pre-Authorization report.

Exporting this report will allow us to keep better track in real time of pre- authorizations. It will make it easier to access and follow up.

Expand the number of appointment initial reasons

The initial reasons is limited to 20 procedures codes. We need to add more procedures to select quickly for appointment scheduling.

Add surfaces to apts

Our server went down and thankfully we had paper copies of schedule. But when you read it it only says 2 surf #2 comp, rather than #2 OL comp. App said this also, leaving us to guess the surfaces.

See next appointment/visit in family file.

We have first visit, last visit on the family file but not next visit. It will be easier to see what the dots next visit would be if it was on the same place.

Be able to schedule siblings/family members easier without looking them up separately

this would save time when scheduling a family at check out and allow you to know who the siblings are without looking them up. This is helpful especially in a pediatric office.

Option to pinboard appt when breaking appt

If there can be an option to pinboard appointment an appointment when breaking if we want to reschedule it right away but want it to record or count as "broken" on family file.
