Add more status options in Continuing Care

Please add more than 10 status options to choose from in Continuing Care. 15 would be ideal, 12 accounting for the months of the year. This will make the recall process more seamless.

It would be so great if the software could be set to create pop-up alerts for what the patient is overdue for based on the Continuing Care settings.

UNDER TREATMENT PLANNER i.E. APPT 1 ARROW PROVIDE BOX FOR DR/ASSISTANT TIME FOR THAT APPT. PLEASE BEEN ASKING FOR 20 YEARS

This would be the best practice managment tool for production you could do. Would allow us to communicate appt book time needed to front for each appt in stead of combining all procedures together.

Bulk schedule change

No set limit to time blocks or initial reasons

Why is there a limit to the amount of "time blocks" that can be used? Only 5?? Also, same with the "initial reason" when scheduling, only 20? There should not be a limit

To be able to measure who are the highest producing schedulers. Where are the top $$$ appointments coming from and who are creating them.

I specify what types of appointments go in which operatory. For example I have a column of hour long appointments. I want BWX & prophy in that column only. The other 45min column, I only want CHT & Prophy. This would help the patients and ...
