Right now, perfect day scheduling is workstation specific. Meaning if I set it up on my computer, no one else can see it except on my schedule. However, the reason we would like to use it is so that whoever is scheduling (front office staff/back office staff) can have a template to go off of. This will help avoid scheduling conflicts and having to move patients around after they've been scheduled.
I think I understand what you're asking. If I do, you just need to turn it on at each work station. Go to the schedule go to Options and at the bottom of the list is "perfect day scheduling" this has to be checked and all computers have to do this and the "schedule blocks" should appear
