Adding Prior Types to Prosthesis info box - Canadian version

Canadian Version We need to be able to indicate type of crown to predetermination request in the prosthesis box. Prior types only have denture and bridge options.

Insurance Report

It would be so helpful to be able to print Insurance aging reports for a specific date range. Also to be able to print a report listing insurance payments for a specific date range (by insurance company, all insurance companies and/or patient).

Alphabetize the patients names on the e-claims submission report

It would be useful to anyone who is marking off when insurance is received. It would be much faster!!! It would also be nice to have a separated list for the claims submitted that have a different service date when we have to resubmit it.

Combine the purge and join process for duplicate insurance

It would be super helpful to be able to automatically purge or archive the duplicate plan when you are joining two plans to clean up the insurance maintenance. This is already a HUGE task for our office as previous staff from years ago kept puttin...

In the "Enter Insurance Payment" the default goes to cheque payment rather than Electronic Payment even though 99% of payments come electronically, can you please change this default.

Change default to Electronic Payment from Cheque Payment in the Enter Insurance Payment tab. Thank you, Renee Bluekens

Archive Insurance Companies instead of having to purge or join them

Archiving insurance companies would exclude staff from selecting the wrong insurance, but still give the insurance claims coordinator access to the insurance companies if needed for claims
