When we select the change for all option it changes all previously sent and received claims as well! How can this be? We assumed changing for all would be for future claims sent. It seems unlawful to be able to change a record that was sent to one insurance company years ago and have it now show it was sent to a completely different insurance company. I understand this is an issue. On my side, we have too many new plans. Staff will go to post a new patient and enter benefits and the staff creates a new plan for every patient. I am working here to raise awareness for this so we commit to a plan for a group or business. Hope that makes sense. Thanks.
