Ok so the daughter of a pt makes an appt and she does not live at his house but is covered under his/her insurance then I have to add him/her to the daughters account and then make them a non-patient which adds yet another pt to my already huge list of patients. Instead leave the subscriber box empty so I can type in the subscribers name myself.
