When the insurance eob response comes through, it should auto-populate directly into the patients doc center instead of having to find it in the general doc center and add it into patients file, it should also print out a copy simultaneously for admin reference for the patient.
There are other dental software providers that offer this with their programs and it is a very efficient feature and a time saver when putting patients through.
