Add additional letters to patient name

CDA net allows 26 letters in patient last name and they are required to submit claims electronically

Add report for Received Prior Authorizations

There should be a way to print out a report of all received pre-approvals. This way we have a list of patients to call who were approved or denied for treatment.

Close out claim automatically again

IT used to be when Primary paid the whole claim secondary would automatically say received. Now it goes to created. Please bring back that option.
