we are a busy office, yes of course you can attach the statement with the coordination of benefit claim form when the statement comes in, but when you have a big office and all assignment office, it is very time consuming to go thru all the statements and photo copying all eob to submit to the secondary insurance.
What if statement is lost, calling the insurance for additional copy is a pain, not mentioning Canada Life, Manulife, and Desjardin is a good one hour wait time.
Also, Tracker and Abledent have this option, to print and view all claim history!!!!
