Non Dup Clause

Please make a box that can be checked to flag a secondary policy as non dup. This way the treatment plan will not reflect benefits as being paid until the primary insurance is maxed.

Please allow easy dental software to acquire 2018 and 2019 ADA dental claim forms . New regulations for Texas state Medicaid and Chip plans will be requiring 2018 or 2019 ADA dental claims effective 04/01/2020.
