It would be nice to be able to "flag" an insurance company specifically instead of having to put flags for each individual insured. That way when we attach the insurance, the flag is already there with any particulars that the insurance requires. ...

insurance eligibility should be checked for today's appointments.

as insurance can become ineligible at the day of the appointment, there should be an option to running eligibility check on the appointment day. It is not enough to check eligibility 7 days ahead.

When entering a pts insurance the insurance name should auto populate the insurance address, phone number, payor id. we should not have to enter all this info everytime

more than 10 categories for the patient status of visits, have ability to edit fee schedule in bulk, and the picture of patient should be big to see

when we add status, there are only 10 categories but we'll need more! need ability to edit the fee schedules in bulk! need the patient's picture to be big at the L corner in every page so we can see!
