Root tips as a condition

Please move the red alert tab on treatment chart
It covers the left side of the tooth chart and we have to constantly move it out of the way.

Touch Screen Monitor to sign documents
instead of having the epad to sign it would be nice to have just a touch screen monitor to fill out and sign documents (treatment plans,questionaires, or anything like medical history and NP forms)

Health History - Put a note symbol on the Health History Alerts
Please put a note symbol on the Health History Alerts. Just like when you are looking at the Health History. If the note symbol isn't there you have no idea if it has any notes attached.

Clinical note interruption / Spell check prompt error

CDT codes should be viewable in a frequency of usage ranked list - that is, the most commonly used codes are at the top of the list of perhaps the 10, 20, or 50 most-used codes.
