Put Lab Case Manager back the way it worked!

The lab case manager bombs from ALL workstations, unless you set a static IP on the server. This doesn't work for our practice, and IT doesn't recommend it. I've lost a module I use EVERY day! An upgrade that breaks it. Brilliant!

Please create a report that shows completed treatment and how much that treatment was.

This report could be used for targeted marketing. It needs to have how much the treatment was, not just how much was paid. It should also include addresses, so we can focus on marketing for that particular area.
