When using the "Compare to fee schedule option" to show as "first column" then patient insurance fee schedule column, Patient portion column and last, Insurance estimate column on treatment plan case print. Instead of it being listed last.
Basically, treatment plans need to reflect UCR fees (which are higher fees), Insurance fees, Patient portion and Insurance estimate. See attached example.
