It is a big frustration that the treatment planner will not itemize insurance monies from the treatment that is prioritized as #1 and on down. I am finding the insurance estimate will skip down to lower line items and after calling support was told the treatment planner will put the insurance estimate to the highest numbered tooth and there is no way to override this or to change it at this time. It is very confusing to the patients that the prioritized treatment looks as though it will get zero benefit and that treatment to be done later will be covered.
