If you go into the Family File for a patient, you will see their default fee schedule. If you then open their Insurance information and open "Benefits/Coverage" and click on "Payment Table & Allowed Table", there is a pull-down menu for the fee schedules for both and it will auto-default to the default schedule. instead, it should show the last used Payment fee schedule and last used Allowed fee schedule. If the tables are blank, then default to the default fee schedule. This will help keep the payment/allowed tables organized and know what was used and where.
