Add multiple physicians to health history

Would be nice to add multiple physicians to a patient's health history. The patient may have a pcp and a cardiologist, but we have can only put one doctor.

Remove Lab Setup

We currently cant clean up our lab setup systems due to lab that has had any work associated with it. So we have a ton of labs that we no longer use , but we cant delete because of this feature.

Make a commonly used code list

CDT codes should be viewable in a frequency of usage ranked list - that is, the most commonly used codes are at the top of the list of perhaps the 10, 20, or 50 most-used codes.

Electronic Signatures on Treatment Plans

As most offices are trying to go paperless during these uncertain times with COVID-19, it would be great if we could have patients electronically sign their treatment plan estimate and only print out a copy for the patient's records.

Info box on chart to show wears ng, hx of perio, wears snore guard, ect

We need a place to put important info that stays up for us the whole appointment and stays with the chart. Pops ups are great for the person who opens the chart but as a doc or hygienist sits down to see a patient that pop up is useless.

Apply Discounts at the end of a Tx Plan

It would be nice to have a way to show a professional courtesy in the treatment plan, at the bottom where it shows the totals.
