When creating a treatment plan assign the necessary time that the doctor or assistant is needed for each patient. For instance, each patient is different and may require more or less time than the standard time block. This way if the patient does not schedule at the time the treatment plan is created and calls back to schedule the person receiving the phone call will be able to pull from the treatment plan and schedule the correct amount of time that is needed for that particular patient. Which will then alleviate double booking or under booking of time.
