There should be a way to set an account/records so only the Dr or designated person has access to it.

We have a sensitive patient that only wants the Dr to have access to their records.

An automatic update option for the treatment planner. A way to have a member of the staff either do it by hand, or have it available as an automatic weekly or monthly update that allows the treatment planner for all patients to get update automatically. If they have new insurance, no insurance or any kind of benefit update - this would allow that information to get updated without a staff member having to go to each patient individually to do so. It will make needed changes, or if there is no change to be made it will do nothing to the existing treatment plan. Similar to the insurance updates that happen in January for benefits that renew every calendar year - puts their deductible back and puts fresh coverage in.

Progress notes want a way to only see active conditions

Notification of Smart Image update

As of now the only way to know if there is an update for the Smart Image software is to manually check. Maybe intergrate it with the Dentrix update manager.

Do not have the health history pop up on front desk computers

Working the front desk we do not need the health history to pop up for every patient and task trying to complete. Very annoying to have to check box to not show on this computer today. Way too much clicking with this software!

sorting treatment within the "visit" (ex. dental warranty)

You don't want to lead with the dental warranty and currently it shows up before my treatment. It would be nice to sort treatment within the visits.
