Please consider adding the ability of an automatic clinical note locking in a selected time frame (1 day, 1 week, 3 months , etc) per provider in the practice. Ex: " All clinical notes of Dr. X provider will be automatically locked in 1 week, Dr. Yin 3 days, etc.
