Add the patient name to a sent bill on the batch page

It would be incredibly helpful if we could have the patient's name listed with a sent bill on the batch page. When the bill is paid we could delete on the batch page quickly instead of having to open a bill and hope it's the right one.

Adding Practice pay option when paying bulk insurance payment via credit card

Dentrix only allows insurance credit card payments from Batch insurance entry through an integrated cc machine. Can this be made to allow that credit card entry through the same mechinism as practice pay?
