It has come to my attention that inside "Benefits/Coverage," the Out-Of-Network features DO NOT WORK AT ALL. Treatment Planner, Chart, only picks up coverage for In-Network. In other words, it's a waste of time filling out the Out-Of-Network sections (including mentioning on the claim file if the insurance is in/out of network)... they do not work. It only picks up "In-Network" so OON Benefits have to be applied to In-Network and Tables can only be copied for In-Network. This does not help a dental practice who is Fee for Service and submits claims for patients. This needs to be fixed as it affects the functionality of dental practices.
