When we "Post/Set Complete" an appt, it grays out the appt & changes the status to "<COMPLETE>". I would be like to be able to add that status to the Appointment Status Definitions so that a 3rd party software, such as Dental Intelligence, is able to recognize when appts have been completed out. As it is now, my staff will have to go back on the appt after they complete it to change the status to something from the Definitions so the 3rd party software will recognize it.
