Would be helpful if could use tooth chart to reflect pt mouth-allowing permanent & primary dentition that is supposed to replace each other to stay visible. Not everyone loses and replaces each tooth- i.e.... current pt is 15, cong. missing #7,10,23 & 26; 6, 11, 22 & 27 have drifted into those locations & pt still has C, H & R- would like to be able to have both visible instead of just making a chart notations

I agree, we are having this problem today. We need to Tx plan to extract deciduous teeth while the permanent is erupted and needs to be charted for a filling.
