Add Birthday option to "New Patient" in Appointment Book
Add Birthday (Date of Birth) option to "New Patient" in Appointment Book so that we can identify the patients by their birthday prior to create the family file.
When a new patient called to booked for new appointment, cell number should be enough. They are not comfortable giving their DOB on the phone. This should be remove. The tendency now is to just input a dummy DOB to have the system accepts.
