When printing family and patient walkouts, the ADA procedure code needs to be displayed.

You can enable ADA codes to print on Family/Patient Walkout forms in the office manager. Please go to the Office Manager | Maintenance | Practice Setup | Preferences. In this dialog, click on "Print Options" and check the option to "Use ADA Codes in Descriptions."

This does not show payments made, only on the Family Walkout which does not show the ADA codes.
Patients are continually asking us to print their walk-outs and patient ledgers with the ADA codes. My work-around is to use the Snip-it tool and capture the ledger from my screen and then paste it to a Word document from which I can email, fax or print. Not very professional looking.
