It would be ideal and save practitioner time if we could add a signature pad box directly to the Health History module for a patient to sign at each appointment. The custom form w/in the Questionnaire is less than ideal as patients often don't look at the form when they sign it, and also we as a lot of follow up questions and make notes w/in each category based on their responses to our questions.
