Link "Patient Payments" to procedures and Bills same as Insurance payments are.

Insurance payments or adjustments through the bill are linked to that bill and procedures.
Patient Payment are in the limbo, you cannot link them to any bill/procedure to identify what was paid.

NEED that to identify payment done by patients and not having to use Notes for that.
