It would be helpful for the insurance payment table to show the last date a procedure payment was updated. If we knew the amount was recent, we could give patients a more accurate estimate instead of having to wait for a pre-treatment estimate to be processed by insurance.

It should be fairly easy to add a date field to this. Databases are pretty good at managing dates. Out of date fees make dental offices look bad when trying to quote the patient portion of a procedure.
