We have noticed that in the remarks for unusual services that you can type as many characters as you want but when the claim is printed that it cuts off the remarks at a significantly limited amount of characters. Shouldn't the program automatically extend the remarks box for everything we have typed into it. and since it prints with a limited number of characters are the insurance companies also receiving a limited number of characters in our explanations causing our justifications for tx to not be heard and possible denials as a result

procedure notes should be automatically printed on the attending Dr's statement in the "remarks for unusual services". It's dinosaur ages to have to write in that box!!!!
