Many DSOs (like Heartland) and private practices use point codes for procedures. For example, D1206.1. The character limit for the appointment reasons section in the office manager is 5 characters. If this were changed to 7 characters, then it seems like offices using point codes could add them, and it would make operations much more efficient. Please change this! Thank you.
