Break Appointment should also post a procedure code to Ledger

When the user selects “Break Appointment”, offer the option to post one of the following:

D9986 Missed Appointment

D9887 Cancelled Appointment

a custom code

No code

I envision this would add a radio-button selection option to the bottom of the existing Break Appointment dialog box.

There would need to be something added to Setup to

choose what is the default selection
to specify a custom code for the menu of options.

yes, it would be more time efficient to auto post a no show/late cancellation to the ledger.
