Why does it show the note as missing but only says unsigned? If a note is not made, it should display as missing so that provider knows to make the note and it is not just waiting to be signed. Also, fix missing notes for patients who did not have exams etc. and only saw hygiene. Please and thank you

We reviewed your issue with "Missing Note" having "Unsigned" status. This issue will occur when a blank note (with no text) is created and saved. Since the note does exist, the status will show "Unsigned", but we understand that showing text "Missing Note" may cause confusion in this case and other wording such as "Blank Note" would be more appropriate. We will be exploring options how to improve this behavior.
We are tracking an idea similar your second suggestion under DTX-I-6854. The two ideas will be merged together and considered for future development.
