When writing the clinical note and typing a number or symbol (-!@#$%) a box pops up & prompts a spell check. this is extremely frustrating and seems to happen randomly. It makes typing a clinical note impossible. You have to then close the system, reopen it, and hope the issue does not continue - but that is not guaranteed to work. This issue has been mentioned on this forum previously. It needs to be looked into & resolved.
