MORE THAN 2 LINES NEED TO BE VISIBLE ON THE LOCKED LEGACY NOTES FOR CLAIM STATUS, SENT, BATCHED, DATES, ETC. THE INSURANCE COMPANY IS REQUESTING I SHOW THEM ALL THE DATES WE SENT AND PRINTED THE CLAIM, BUT IN ITS CURRENT VERSION, I CAN ONLY VIEW 2 LINES AT A TIME. IT NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO OPEN UP THE BOX TO BE ABLE TO SCREEN CAPTURE ALL THE DATES THE CLAIM WAS SENT. NOT TO ALTER THE DATES, JUST TO SCREEN CAPTURE OR PRINT OUT WITH A VIEW OF ALL THE DATES OF THE STATUS OF THE CLAIM. PLEASE PLEASE HURRY AND CHANGE. THANKS

Yes! Once you add a new note to an account with the legacy notes, only the new notes are visible on the aging report when printed. We need to be able to see all of our notes at once! Especially on the aging report when trying to call insurance companies. The new claim status note section is just terrible all around! too many extra clicks to add a note and to view an old note. It's not efficient at all.
