PURGE NO LONGER USED INSURANCE

Dentrix tells us it is a "known issue" but no work around, we have insurances that can't be purged. When patient gets new insurance and we want to delete the old or one made in error - we get the error there is a claim attached to specific patient... but when researching there are no claims open with the insurance in question and the person is not listed under the insurance carrier list either. Please fix this so we can clean up our files.
