New 17.6 does not have the previous ability to preview the exact statement you are mailing out, aging history is missing in the statement preview. This no history statement is auto saved to the DOC file but is useless. The work-around is to batch the single statement, print it (which will save it to the DOC file) and then after sending the statement, delete the no history saved statement from the DOC file. This does not help for the "Sent Statements" report because it is only showing the statement with the no history/aging. I am going by FAITH the statement sent to the patient has the aging history on it. : (
