In Patient Engage/Dentrix Hub, certain patients' cell numbers are not recognized as textable. Their patient profile does not show "(Text)" next to their cell number.
Please make a way to generate a list of such patients with a filter. Like the "textable patients" or "provided cell phone" filters in Patients.
