Our Dr. wants to know his ACTUAL production numbers every day. Since contracted insurance rates are usually lower than UCR fees, those are the #s he wants for production. HOWEVER, when billing to insurance we need to bill our UCR fees regardless. Right now, there is no way to have the claim sent with UCR fees, while leaving insurance contracted fees in the appointment to track production. It would be extremely helpful if we could send UCR fees on the claim, while keep insurance fees in the appointment for accurate production record keeping.
