Patients are always claiming they were not given an estimate. This way we can say yes we did and print it out again for them easily, Also, we can see what fees we quoted them in case there insurance changed .

We print out the estimate. Have the patient sign it, scan it back into the doc center, then give the patient the estimate to take home. Now when the patient says they were not given one, we print it out with their signature. Works great!
