When a treatment plan is rejected it is taken out of the chart and doesn't show that it was offered to the patient. The doctor is recommending with the new version update that it shows grey that treatment was proposed and that the patient rejected the treatment plan so she's not having to search through the treatment plans to see if it was ever diagnosed before.

Such an obvious necessity! Why would we not be able to view this in a different color for ease of use!
